Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for both employees and visitors. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages to management.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working order.
* Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
* Respond promptly to any cleaning emergencies or special requests from management or staff.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
