Job Title: Administrator and Receptionist

Pay rate: £13.26 per hour PAYE
Role length: Anticipated 5 months
DBS requirement: Enhanced DBS
The role
We are looking for a professional to provide administrative and reception support across three buildings, serving as the first point of contact for service users and professionals, while assisting teams with daily operations and clerical tasks related to substance use, domestic violence, and housing services.
You will need to be a highly organised individual with strong IT and communication skills, experienced in multitasking, office administration, and database management, who provides professional support under pressure with a friendly, detail-oriented, and problem-solving approach.
Key responsibilities
* Undertake a range of tasks e.g. reception duties, answering telephone, face to face enquiries, liaising with relevant staff, dealing with visitors, dealing with routine unexpected problems and situations
* Provide general clerical and admin support and financial administration e.g. photocopying, filing, completion of standard forms, responding to routine correspondence, sorting mail, reconciliation and processing orders, invoices, planning and scheduling of events /appointments, stock supplies
* Set up and maintain manual and computerised records/ management information systems or service specific management information systems
* Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required

* Admin qualification to Level 2 or equivalent experience and good numeracy and literacy skills
* Experience providing a high level of professional administration support under high pressure
* General clerical, administrative and financial admin experience
