We're working with Forvis Mazars on this exciting opportunity. This role involves leading audits for mid-market clients, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest quality of service. You will also have the chance to mentor and develop junior audit staff.
The Role
• Lead audit engagements for Mid-Market, SMEs, and privately owned businesses.
• Act as a primary client contact, resolving queries and managing billing processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of audits, adhering to established standards and quality expectations.
• Coach and mentor audit assistants and seniors, providing feedback and guidance.
• Oversee audit fieldwork and review work for accuracy and compliance.
What You'll Need
• Professional qualification: ACA / ACCA / CA or equivalent.
• Proven experience auditing Mid-Market, SMEs, and privately owned businesses.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coach junior staff.
• In-depth technical knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, and the Companies Act.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring timely and exceptional audit services.
