You'll help people explore the world around them, build confidence and independence, and support them through every part of life from daily routines to new adventures. Location: Belfast, BT13 1BA Shifts Available: Full-time - 36 hours Salary: £12.70 per hour What Does the Role Involve? As a Support Worker, you will: Support the people we work with to lead their own lives with a person-centred approach Assist with daily tasks including finances, home routines and medication Work within a well-established team of Support Workers and Team Leaders Provide 1:1 support as needed, with full training and guidance Build strong, respectful relationships and help create memorable, rewarding days Who Thrives Here? ?
