Job Overview - 7am - 12pm or 2pm and every other weekend. We have availability for Full or Part-time work between 2 and 5 days a week.
YOU-CAS LTD, a family run business, have an exciting opportunity for Full-time and Part-time Support Workers/Caregivers to work with our clients who need support within the community in their own homes. Experience is not essential, full training will be given.

In this role you will work in a variety of community settings. We believe in seeing a familiar face on a regular basis forming consistent client care and ensuring they enjoy a good quality of life.
Your responsibilities might involve (but are not limited to):
* Helping with the preparation of meals, drinks, and snacks when necessary
* Companionship
· Days out/attending appointments
* Aiding with other tasks of personal daily living that the service user cannot manage and providing general support as part of a caring team
* Encouraging and assisting with the management of medication, administering where necessary and monitoring health-related conditions such as dietary & fluid intake
* Assisting with personal care
* Maintaining accurate and timely digital records to provide transparency to clients and relatives.
* To liaise and maintain positive working relationships with clients and staff.
