Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual with tax experience to join their Private Client Services Team as a Tax Manager. This role is based in the Chichester office, with some initial training in Worthing.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own portfolio of clients within the Private Client Services team.
* Handle tax compliance for client portfolios, including annual tax returns and associated tax advice.
* Provide support to team members during busier periods.
* Prepare technical analyses and collaborate with specialists to review tax advice.
* Ensure client administration and risk procedures are completed appropriately.
* Assist local solicitors with tax matters concerning their clients.
* Opportunity to work on corporate tax matters and other business-related taxes.
* Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate as appropriate.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* CTA qualified, or ATT / ACCA / ACA qualified with tax experience.
* Experience with trusts and estates is a plus, but not essential.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Confident in speaking to clients face-to-face or over the phone.
* Professional competence and flexibility.
* Creative and willing to drive forward new ideas.
