The Role The successful candidate will take a senior position within the conveyancing department, managing a broad range of residential property matters and providing guidance and supervision to junior team members. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery across all transactions, supported by a strong administrative team. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing this reputation. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage a busy caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Advise on residential sales, purchases, remortgages, leases, and landlord/tenant matters. Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and conveyancing assistants. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and mortgage advisors. Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and client service standards. Contribute to the continued growth and development of the conveyancing department. The Person Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with significant experience in residential conveyancing. Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently. Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail. Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills. Proactive, organised, and commercially aware, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
