Job Title: Internal Sales (Electrical Wholesale Experience Required)

Salary: £26,000– £35,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales professional to join our client’s growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, and enjoys building strong relationships with a variety of trade and retail customers.
You’ll be responsible for handling everything from technical enquiries to processing sales orders, and playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Handle incoming enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Accurately process customer orders and quotations
Offer technical advice and support on a wide range of electrical products
Manage trade counter sales and telephone orders
Identify opportunities to grow sales and support the external sales teamRequired Experience & Skills
Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry is beneficial, however if you have technical or trade experience that would be great.
Strong product knowledge and ability to provide technical advice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in handling customer queries and processing orders
