Reporting to the Senior CRM and MarTech Manager, the Salesforce Developer plays a key role within the Global Salesforce team, supporting enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation programmes. This role is responsible for building and deploying high-quality, scalable solutions aligned to low-level designs provided by technical leads. Combining strong technical expertise with practical problem-solving, the Salesforce Developer designs robust solutions, writes clean and maintainable code, and ensures seamless deployment across the Salesforce E&U Cloud Platform.
In this role, you will develop across the full Salesforce stack, including Apex and Lightning Web Components, while leveraging declarative tools to optimise delivery. You will lead testing and deployment activities, support platform integrations (including Marketing Cloud, Pardot, DocuSign, and Azure), and collaborate closely with architects and technical leads to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
* Extensive Knowledge of SFDC – Salesforce Developer certified
* Knowledge of the energy sector – specifically B2B retail markets
* Knowledge of Agile/Kanban delivery methodology
