The Associate Director, Account Management leads and grows a portfolio of corporate accounts. This role requires based in one of the following locations: London, Barcelona, Lisbon, or Paris.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
1. Facilitates senior executive relationships between the client and Concentrix.
2. Proactively expands relationships beyond usual buying towers.
3. Develops multi-service proposals including CNX or partner technology products.
4. Demonstrates and implements a consultative selling approach.
5. Negotiates contracts.
6. Develops a strategic account business plan.
7. Understands client's business, challenges, and opportunities; proposes solutions.
8. Grows and maintains the company's primary revenue base.
9. Understands client strategic requirements through discussions with management.
10. Partners with sales leadership to establish sales strategies.
11. Collaborates with various departments to meet or exceed client expectations.
12. Provides market intelligence regarding strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
13. Monitors economic and legal trends affecting sales.
Candidate Profile
1. Good understanding of new technologies and their implementation for clients.
2. BPO experience is essential.
3. Strong financial and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to present information effectively.
6. Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects in fast-paced environments.
7. Strategic thinker with industry expertise.
8. Recognized as a subject matter expert on emerging trends.
9. External thought leader with influence.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
