The role
Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: Previous experience in a 1st / 2nd Line Support role Strong hardware knowledge, including laptop setup and printer fixes Comfortable working in a ticket-based support environment Reliable, practical, and able to work onsite full time Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach Responsibilities: Handle 1st and 2nd line support tickets and user requests Provide password resets, Outlook fixes, and general desktop support Audit, deploy, and configure desktops and laptops Support hardware issues, including printers and peripherals Assist with wider IT infrastructure as required Technologies: Hardware Support More: We are offering a 3-month contract role inside IR35 based in Central Cardiff, with a day rate of £125 to £150 depending on experience. This is an on-site opportunity within a fast-paced contract services environment, where we provide consistent working hours and the chance to broaden technical experience with an established IT services provider.
