Description
The Charities Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
* Providing expert legal advice to charities and not-for-profit organisations.
* Working on Corporate finance deals
* Assisting clients with corporate governance related matters.
* Advising on charity registration and restructuring processes.
* Working closely with other team members
* Helping on business development
* management of juniors.
Profile
The successful Charities Solicitor should have:
* A background in Corporate law
* Likely to be around 5 years PQE upwards
* An interest to work for charity clients
* Ties to Leeds
