Looking for steady, hands-on work with great hours? Our client in Bourne (close to Spalding) is looking for Metal Recyclers / Yard Operatives to join their friendly team!
Job Details:
* Location: Bourne – just a short drive from Spalding
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm (No weekend work!)
* Pay: £12.54 per hour, paid weekly
* Duties: Sorting and processing scrap metal, general yard duties, keeping the site safe and tidy
* Own transport essential (site not easily accessible by public transport)
* ✅ Regular, ongoing work with full training provided
This role would suit someone with experience in:
* Picking lines
* Recycling yards
* Quarries
* Construction sites
