We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team on a maternity cover basis starting June 2026.
The Role
You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children, creating engaging environments that spark curiosity and support each child's individual learning journey both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS
* Support children's learning through play, exploration and outdoor experiences
* Plan and deliver engaging activities inspired by the Curiosity Approach
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Observe, assess and support children's development
* Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
* Work effectively as part of a supportive team
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working within an early years setting
* A genuine passion for early years education and child development
* Interest in or knowledge of the Curiosity Approach and outdoor/forest school learning
* Loyal, reliable and dedicated team player
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Enhanced DBS
