Proven ability to accurately take-off materials and quantities from drawings, experience with Bluebeam take-off software an advantage. Strong Excel knowledge Experience of Dynamics D365 beneficialMore about the Estimator role… Assist in gathering and organising relevant project information for tendering purposes. Preparing and submitting bids and proposals relating to timber frame construction and roof trusses. Provide input into post tender clarifications and negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and colleagues. Attendance at client and stakeholder meetings as required. Assist with the development of a measurement and pricing strategy. Assist with the development and production of standard documentation to support the tendering and other internal processes.
