We’re partnering with a high-trust technology consultancy delivering cutting-edge AI solutions into highly sensitive government environments. We're looking for both Mid and Senior level Engineers to join a high-performing technical team working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world mission delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of AI research, applied engineering, and client advisory, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both deep technical work and real-world problem solving.
The role
* Lead a small technical team exploring and applying advances in generative AI, LLMs and advanced Machine Learning
* Bridge the gap between state of the art research and operational impact
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences
* Lead delivery of secure, high-impact R&D projects
* Mentor engineers and shape technical direction
* Contribute to identifying and shaping future opportunities in AI innovation
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience working with generative AI, LLMs, or advanced ML technologies
* Strong understanding of state of the art AI research and how to apply it in production systems
* Skilled in Python, as well as ideally some experience of Docker containerisation
* Exceptional communication skills - able to clearly explain complex ideas
* Comfortable operating in high-security, high-trust environments
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and technical leadership capability
Security Requirement
* Due to the nature of this role and associated security requirements, applicants must hold current SC security clearance and be open to obtaining DV
