A well established organisation within aerospace and defence is looking for a Logistics Planner to join their team in the North West on a 12 month contract.Logistics Planner6 Month Contract Warton £14.99 per hourThe Role Maintenance and operation of the balanced workload plan for your area of operation Expedient progression of scheduled Customer requirements through your area of operation Provision of active support to the resolution of problems affecting the ability of Operations to work to the workload plan Open, honest and timely communication with appropriate stakeholders of information effecting the successful progression of Logistics and Operations activities within your area of operation Interface with Major Units customer on delivery and quality. Liaise with EPCs procurement on delivery performance. Identifies key blockers within Samlesbury Major Units. Investigates provides suggestions to move the business forward. Implements solution. Return to Works Alerts Recalls Structured planning and effective liaison with stakeholders is required and the ability to identify and escalate issues as appropriate. The role requires the ability to plan / organise and manage the associated budget and risk provision to minimise Airframe CSR impact.
