Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant working alongside our partner school, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic and emotional development. Working closely with teachers, you will provide assistance to students individually or in small groups, ensuring they receive the necessary support to succeed. You will help create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child feels motivated and engaged. Desirable Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and parents. Previous experience working with children displaying challenging behaviors or with additional needs. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively, maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere. Capacity to tailor support and learning approaches to meet the unique needs of each student.
