Project Account Manager, Crewe, Permanent, £32k - £36k
Our client provides their services to several clients across the UK with bespoke services. Due to growth, they are currently seeking a Account/Project Manager to join their friendly team based in their central offices in Crewe. They are seeking a candidate who has experience of working with sales as you will build and develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Daily duties will include:
Managing a portfolio of clients to plan new projects
Maintain strong working relationships
Plan and schedule project timelines and track progress
Maintain records of project costings ensuring initial budgets are maintained
Identify opportunities for upselling services
Have regular client video calls and face to face meetings to keep updated with progress of projects
Have a clear understanding of client needed and requirements from initial contact
Identify areas of improvement to drive the business forwards
The successful candidate must have previous Sales/Account Management experience, be well organised, have excellent communication skills (written and verbally) and be proactive!
