The purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to deliver excellent service to customers by supporting them with queries over the phone and email.
What will your day look like?
* Providing support to customers over the phone
* Building relationships with customers communicating in a helpful and polite manner
* Meet team and personal targets
* Keep up to speed with product knowledge and services
* Provide back-office support when required
What experience do you need?
* Experience working in a customer service role within an office environment
* High-volume call experience is desirable
* Previously worked in financial services or a similar regulated environment
