About Our Client

Job Description
3. Provide administrative support to the sales team, service team/account managers ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient processes.
4. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
5. Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and managing key accounts.
6. Handle customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
7. Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales invoices accurately and promptly.
8. Providing phone and email support to customers - with a focus on quality, not volume
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
