We are recruiting for a **Part-time Yard Sales Advisor** based in our thriving **Kilmarnock** branch!This is a part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) role based in **Kilmarnock, Queens Drive**, working **Monday and Tuesday 7:00 – 16:00, and Saturday from 08:00-12:00**. **In late Spring, the hours will increase to meet the branches demands.*** Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service* Ask open questions to build strong relationships and understand our customers current and future requirements so we can support all their needs* Maintain excellent standards across the yard, counter and shop floor* Operate machinery safely and carry out key operational activities such as offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading vehicles* Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required* Continually develop your knowledge of core and specialist product lines to meet customer needs* Loading and unloading vehicles both manually and with a forklift (training will be provided)* Competitive Basic Salary* Performance Related Bonus* 34 days holiday per year (this is for full time employee and will be prorated)* Retirement Savings Plan (Pension) – with Legal & General* Life Assurance - From your first day of employment with us you are automatically covered for a lump-sum death in service benefit of 2 x your basic salary.
