What you'll be working on:
* Driving core model improvements across reasoning, context handling, and task completion
* Post-training and optimising LLMs for reliability and efficiency at production scale
* Building and iterating on end-to-end ML pipelines from experimentation to deployment
* Translating ambiguous research ideas into measurable, shipped improvements
What they're looking for:
* 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or research
* Proven experience post-training and deploying LLMs in production
* Strong Python and modern ML tooling - training, evaluation, and data pipelines
* A builder who thrives on ownership and turning research into real-world impact
