With a solid client base and continued project wins, there is a real opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exciting schemes.The RoleAs an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems across multiple projects.
You will work alongside senior engineers and other disciplines, contributing to all stages of the design process while continuing to build your experience and professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and development of mechanical building services systems, including: Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)Domestic water services and drainageLow carbon and energy-efficient systemsProduce calculations, technical reports, and specificationsDevelop designs from concept through to detailed and construction stagesPrepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and contribute to BIM models in RevitAttend design team meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and other consultantsSupport coordination with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutionsCarry out site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design complianceEnsure designs meet current regulations, standards, and sustainability targetsSupport junior team members where appropriate and contribute to team knowledge sharingAbout YouDegree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)Experience within a Building Services / MEP consultancy environmentGood technical understanding of mechanical building services designFamiliarity with industry software such as AutoCAD and RevitStrong communication and organisational skillsWorking towards Chartered Engineer status (desirable)A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progressWhat We OfferExposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectorsOngoing training, mentoring, and career progression opportunitiesA collaborative and supportive working environmentCompetitive salary and industry-leading benefits packageTPBN1_UKTJ
