You’ll drive initiatives that integrate AI, ML, and high-throughput modeling to reshape how promising compounds are identified—delivering faster discovery cycles and greater responsiveness to emerging health challenges.

1. Define and own the product vision for computational drug discovery platforms.
2. Translate scientific and machine learning requirements into actionable product features and technical solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, Technology, and Scientific domains globally.
4. Influence and align senior stakeholders across science, technology, and business functions.
5. Prioritize product roadmap based on scientific impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
6. Champion a product-led mindset across scientific and technical teams.
7. Facilitate seamless communication between data scientists, ML engineers, and domain researchers.
8. Monitor product performance, adoption, and scientific outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
9. Ensure regulatory and scientific integrity in all product decisions.
🧠What You’ll Bring
10. Proven experience as a Product Manager in pharma, healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.
