We’re seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to drive growth in our Accounting & Finance Consulting vertical — connecting top-tier interim and project professionals with management consultancies and advisory firms across Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
* Build a desk from the ground up: Establish and scale a consulting-focused contract/interim recruitment desk specialising in Accounting, Finance Transformation, and Advisory talent.
* Business development: Identify, engage, and secure consulting and advisory clients through proactive outreach, market intel, and relationship-driven sales.
* Candidate management: Source, interview, and manage interim consultants and project specialists across finance transformation, ERP implementations, and regulatory change.
* Client delivery: Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from client brief to placement, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality.
Who You Are
* 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment (ideally within consulting or finance transformation)
* OR a recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management Consulting
* Strong business development and client acquisition track record
* Skilled at negotiating and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to deliver growth and results
* Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment
