What you will do
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients within the acute and stroke unit
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
* Provide education and support to patients' families and carers to enhance patient outcomes
* Conduct ongoing evaluations to measure the progress and adapt interventions as necessary
