We have 2 vacancies available for a Recruitment Sourcer.
As a Sourcer, you will take ownership of active and passive recruitment for our clients, ensuring that SLA’s and performance targets are met. Where appropriate, update clients and programme teams with progress of delivery against requirements.
About the role
Location: 2 days in the Keele office
Salary: £24,000-25,000
What you'll be doing
1. Collaborate with Recruiters, Account Managers, Recruitment Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
2. Achieve set KPI’s and SLAs.
3. Understand client/programme processes and adhere to LEAN principles.
4. Manage candidates from pre-screen to offer or rejection.
5. Post roles on appropriate sites, ensuring wording and formatting meet brand guidelines.
6. Manage advertising responses and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
7. Conduct initial screening against pre-agreed criteria and strengthen candidate pipelines as needed.
8. Prepare shortlists for final selection.
9. Manage data via ATS/CRM/VMS platforms.
10. Assist in identifying and developing sourcing best practices.
11. Schedule interviews and send confirmations.
12. Conduct competency-based telephone interviews.
13. Request and review online tests.
14. Handle general inquiries from candidates and hiring managers, escalating as necessary.
15. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
About you
* A Levels or equivalent.
* Administrative support experience.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
* Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
* Work effectively as part of a team.

* Knowledge of talent sourcing principles, including Boolean Search Strings.
