Hybrid Working Model: 50% office / 50% remote Location: West London - Chiswick Park Department / Function: Supply Chain EMEA As a Sourcing Analyst for EMEA, you will be part of the Supply Chain team, contributing to and supporting the overall sourcing strategyy by analysing complex data, identifying market opportunities, and delivering high quality insights that shape sourcing decisions. You will independently manage smaller spend categories, conduct opportunity assessments and benchmarking, and build strong supplier and internal partnerships across the region. Here, you'll achieve results by: Developing sourcing strategies for non complex / smaller spend categories using strong market and supplier insights. Analysing complex data from multiple sources to build strategic sourcing recommendations. Leading supplier engagement, including assessments, scorecards and negotiations. Supporting cross-functional teams with project management and analytical insights. Identifying process improvements and embedding cost modelling practices. Representing Starbucks' values through ethical sourcing and supplier engagement. Here, you'll thrive by: Minimum 3 years' experience in analytical, planning, procurement or supply chain roles. Strong commercial understanding and advanced analytical capability. Experience in category strategy, supplier management and contract fundamentals. Proficiency in Excel, Oracle, BI tools, PowerPoint and analytical systems. Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels. What else should you know? We have a flexible working policy. Meaning 50% of the time we collaborate with each other in our West London office and the rest of the time you may choose to work remotely. Depending on your portfolio travel to other locations may be required occasionally. We will work with you to ensure this fits your home life.
