Hello, wonderful grown-up! 👋
We're the curious kids of Only About Children Cheltenham, and every single day here is full of fun, laughter, and adventure! 🌿 From our bright indoor rooms to our three amazing outdoor play areas, we love to climb, dig in the sandpits, explore our raised herb and lemon gardens, balance on the bridges, splash in the river stream, and even peek into our worm farm! 🍋🌱🪱
But… we can't have ALL these adventures alone. We need a Nursery Room Leader with a big heart, curious mind, and love for wonder to guide us, support our team, and help every child grow, learn, and thrive.
Here's what we need our grown-up adventure guide to do:
🌱 Lead our discoveries – guide our Nursery, Toddler or Kindergarten spaces so every child's curiosity and creativity blossoms
🎨 Make learning magical – through stories, songs, art, experiments, outdoor play, and lots of imaginative fun
💖 Keep us safe while letting curiosity run wild – because we love exploring, sometimes a little messily!
🌟 Inspire and support your team – mentoring educators so every day is full of joy, laughter, and learning
As our Room Leader, you'll:
✨ Plan and run exciting, age-appropriate activities that spark imagination
📝 Celebrate and document every tiny victory and magical discovery
🍽️ Support daily routines – mealtimes, snacks, and playtime adventures
💡 Share your creativity, ideas, and leadership to help the team grow together
