Overview
Graduate Data Analyst role with Grayce, Rotherham/Sheffield area in South Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Starting salary £25,000. This is part of Grayce's Graduate Development Programme, delivering on-site client work with opportunities for learning and progression.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality outcomes for on-site client engagements during the Grayce tenure.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and problem-solve to drive business insights.
* Engage in continuous learning through industry-accredited qualifications and hands-on project work.
* Develop data-driven solutions, build dashboards/reports, and tell compelling data stories.
* Work on-site up to 5 days a week as required by the programme.
* Receive mentoring from Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers to support development.
* Progress through a structured development path with opportunities for salary progression and multiple accreditations.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
* Experience in analysing data and spotting trends/patterns.
* Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, R, SQL or Python; experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
* Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.
* Ability to work on-site up to 5 days a week.
