Position: Fleet Administrator
Location: Peterborough (PE2 6XE)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours
Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time)
Please note: We are planning a site re-location from the East of England Showground to a new site location within 10 miles from the current site

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Pro actively management the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and de-fleeting in line with the brands differing requirements
Tracking the progress of vehicles being delivered to the UK
Communicating the 3rd party suppliers to ensure vehicles are collected from the Peterborough site
Ordering and registering vehicles
Management of P/O ensuring appropriate cover and approval as well as payment of subsequent invoices
Work with GBA to ensure vehicles are booked PDI (Pre-delivery inspections) to avoid any delays or shortfalls in brand targets
Use the monthly and weekly reports to analyse fleet trends and ensure the integrity of data is maintained
Process the post and chase of PCNS / Fines and V5 Management
this Role Would Suit People Who
Previous Fleet management experience would be desirable
Previous Customer Service/Administration experience is essential
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
Able to communicate with 3rd party suppliers and services
IT literate - Microsoft packages (Excel, Teams, Outlook) and Power BI
Ability to prioritise your workload
