Overview
Finance Administration Assistant role at Alliance Healthcare alignment under Cencora. This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate recharging of customer invoices to clients. The role will be on a 6 month fixed term contract and on-site as part of a small team.
Responsibilities
* Raise Client Recharge invoices
* Liaise with Customers, Credit Controllers and Client Managers regarding queries on Recharge accounts
* Maintain and reconcile customer retro accounts
* Reconcile daily invoice run
* Raise Returns pre-advices for non-collected returns
* Manage the Finance Admin email box on a daily basis
* Assist in raising pro-forma invoices for any customer that has a Zero credit rating
* Support and cover team members’ roles and accounts due to absence
* Maintain standards in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy
* Ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported to the HS&E Manager
* Perform all department activity in accordance with company procedures and client instructions
