Team Overview

The UK & Ireland is our most mature market, encompassing departments such as commercial, operations, and marketing. Our teams collaborate with global departments including product, technology, and consumer. The Partner Operations team, within UK&I Operations, focuses on enhancing the customer experience when ordering from our largest and highest volume restaurant and grocery partners.


Role Summary

As a Partner Operations Manager, you will optimize delivery operations for our high-volume partners, resolve issues across teams, and test solutions. You will support the commercial team with tools to improve site performance, align departmental goals, and collaborate with the Product team to incorporate partner feedback into new features. Additionally, you will oversee the expansion and rollout of new partners, ensuring operational excellence during new site launches.

You should communicate clearly and logically with stakeholders, provide detailed updates, and demonstrate an understanding of Deliveroo’s strategic, financial, and operational workings. You will lead projects, build relationships with partners, and negotiate operational proposals. This hybrid role is based in London, with some travel required.


Responsibilities

* Enhance delivery operations for high-volume partners
* Resolve and report issues across teams, testing solutions for growth
* Advocate for partner needs in product development and lead feature rollouts
* Ensure operational performance during partner expansion and new site launches
* Manage projects and stakeholder relationships effectively
* Present information concisely to support decision-making
