As we expand our work with industry-leading partner brands, we’re looking to elevate the way we collaborate with creators, affiliates, and ambassadors.


Role Description

* As the Creator Partnerships Manager, you will lead the development and execution of creator-driven marketing across our partner brands from outreach and onboarding to affiliate performance and creative integration.
* Embedded within Metastat’s growth and creative teams, you’ll play a key role in sourcing high-performing UGC, managing affiliate programs, and nurturing long-term creator and ambassador relationships that drive both brand and performance outcomes.
* You will act as the central link between creators and our internal teams, turning platform-native content into scalable creative assets and ensuring that affiliate activity aligns with growth targets and brand standards.

Responsibilities

* Manage the full creator and affiliate lifecycle - including sourcing, outreach, briefing, activation, content delivery, and performance reporting.
* Oversee affiliate partnerships using platforms like Impact and Insense, optimising for conversion, scale, and ROI.
* Feed creator content directly into organic and paid creative workflows, ensuring aesthetic alignment and performance coherence.
* Drive UGC and social seeding initiatives to expand brand awareness, social proof, and earned content volume for our partners.
* Launch and manage ambassador and gifting programs, scaling community-based brand advocacy.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and affiliates, ensuring smooth communication and ongoing relationship management.
* Collaborate with creative and performance teams to optimise content strategies based on performance data and trend insights.

Competencies

* Demonstrates deep understanding of creator culture and platform-native content, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Shows hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact/Insense) and a clear grasp of performance tracking and ROI-based decision making.
* Exhibits strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - building trust with creators while protecting brand quality and integrity.
* Brings a strategic mindset to UGC - knowing how and when to repurpose content across channels and formats.
* Thrives in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple creator conversations and program initiatives while maintaining clarity and consistency.
* Maintains an editorial and aesthetic eye to ensure creator outputs meet brand expectations and campaign needs.

Success Metrics

* Builds a high-quality network of creators and affiliates who consistently deliver top-performing content and conversions.
* Delivers steady streams of UGC and affiliate-driven sales that integrate into broader campaign strategies.
* Achieves affiliate growth targets and platform benchmarks, with clear reporting on ROI and optimised spend.
* Reduces operational friction through streamlined briefing, onboarding, and communication workflows with creators.
* Launches and scales ambassador and gifting programs that drive organic reach, loyalty, and long-term value.
* Contributes to Metastat’s reputation as a best-in-class partner for creator-led growth and performance marketing.

Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important and your hiring manager will confirm this with you during the interview process
