Position Overview: This role focuses on ownership and growth of IMS SIMS service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process daily orders and manage backorders.
* Provide customer service via phone and email, responding promptly to requests.
* Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Manage customer files, orders, credits, and exchanges.
* Respond to internal requests efficiently.
* Streamline tasks to improve efficiency.
* Sourcing products to meet customer needs.
* Maintain billing and tracking spreadsheets.
* Engage in continuous learning about products and project coordination.
* Understand Eclipse procedures related to SIMS/IMS accounts.
* Maintain customer database and follow up on orders and credits.
* Respond to communications promptly and attend training sessions.
* Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Strong time management skills.
* Motivated with a positive attitude.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Expected Behaviors:
* Daily response to voicemails, emails, and Eclipse messages.
* Attendance at required training and meetings, with proper recording of hours.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently or in a team, and uphold company values of integrity, profitability, accountability, and teamwork.
