Job Title: Cleaning Operative
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Part Time
Hours: 12 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday
Location: Co Op, Main Street, Golspie, Highland, Scotland, KW10 6RA
Role Overview
As a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build knowledge of the cleaning area, work schedule, and chemicals used, following Health and Safety requirements. Training will be provided to deliver the cleaning role effectively. You will work within a team and use your initiative, building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent service while seeking continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
Ability to communicate and read basic English. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. A flexible, honest, self-driven, and reliable attitude is required.
