What will your role look like?
* Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service personifying the brand
* Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and fully managed in a timely and professional manner to achieve the highest level of satisfaction
* Arrange service department appointments efficiently to maximise workshop usage according to dealer guidelines
* Address inquiries about service outcomes and manage vehicle drop-off and pick-up
* Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the benefits of trading in versus fixing their vehicle
* Conduct follow-ups to maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring repeat business
* Collaborate closely with other departments, such as accounts and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support
* Meet and exceed targets and quotas set by the dealership, contributing to overall business growth and profitability
* Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Ensure full compliance with warranty policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques
