Methhrian p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Sutherland Health and Social Care Team covering Durness. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative as well as providing high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high quality service to the local community.
Experience is not required, although of benefit. Full training will be provided and the applicant will have the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
Driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
This is a permanent part-time post of 19.73 hours per week working 4:00pm to 8:00pm 4 days on, 4 days off or as per service requirements.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
