About the Role As the Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the home. Youll provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care in a safe and welcoming environment.
