Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) was established in December 2015 in the West Midlands, UK. We are a large-scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group.

Our core business is providing reliable warehousing solutions and timely delivery service platforms for Chinese cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers operating on international platforms. Since our establishment, we have focused on delivering efficient fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final-mile distribution services for clients trading through platforms such as eBay and Amazon.

Over the years, we have built strong working relationships with major logistics and delivery partners, including Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways, Goodcang, and YunExpress.

Currently, our operations continue to expand globally, with 18 warehouses across the UK. Our warehouse locations include Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stone, Derby, and Alfreton.


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially aware HR Specialist to deliver business-focused HR support across several UK warehouse locations.

This pivotal role requires close collaboration with managers and employees to provide expert HR advice and guidance, ensuring compliance with UK employment law while fostering a positive and productive working environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, staying aligned with evolving business goals and offering tailored HR support across multiple warehouse sites. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and business needs will be essential in this role.


Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries across designated business areas, collaborating with warehouse management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Manage day‑to‑day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee exit procedures.
* Support employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
* Ensure online employee records, working hours, and system data are maintained accurately and updated in real time.
* Identify and report business needs, both qualitative and quantitative, relating to growth, wellbeing, attrition, and operational risk, translating business strategy into actionable HR initiatives.
* Deliver HR upskilling workshops, promote HR best practices, stay informed of legislative updates, and coach warehouse managers on HR policies and procedures, including performance management and bonus scheme changes.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies to minimise business risk.


The Ideal Candidate

* Must hold a valid visa permitting work in the UK at least 1.5 year; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.
* Strong HR background or relevant experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and management teams is preferred.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as regular communication with the China HQ is required.
* Experience with onboarding processes, HR documentation, payroll administration, compliance, and risk management is preferred.
* A consultative and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support organisational change.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
* Passionate about leadership development, coaching, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (flexibility required), 176 hours per month
* Contract Type: Full‑time
* Location Flexibility: Willingness to work across different locations based on business needs
