Warehouse Supervisor Role – Falcon Contract Flooring
Falcon Contract Flooring is a family-run flooring contractor and one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies in the industry. This is a key role that ensures the smooth operation of our warehouse, maintaining the flow of goods in and out, and leading a team to achieve weekly targets. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and organised warehouse environment while driving operational improvements.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. Cutting, picking, and packing flooring projects ready for dispatch.
* Keep the warehouse clear and resolve hazards quickly and efficiently.
* Review operating systems and procedures, recommending changes to improve operational efficiency.
* Liaise with Line Leaders, Quality Checkers, Inventory, and Managers to ensure seamless operations. Load and unload deliveries (heavy lifting involved).
* Ensure all goods received are organised into the correct locations.
* Adhere to and uphold strict Health and Safety standards.
* Maintain stock rotation to minimise waste and optimise inventory.
* Record and document stock figures, reporting back to the Head of Logistics.
* Lead a team to achieve weekly targets and be responsible for the outcome of team KPIs.

* Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Energy, enthusiasm, positivity, commitment, and a can-do attitude.
* Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Positive attitude and willingness to contribute – no job is too big or small.
* Proven experience in a warehouse environment (supervisory experience is a bonus).
* Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, manual work.
* Valid Forklift Licence is essential (Counterbalance & Reach – Tier trained preferred).

* Prioritising: Manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Flexibility: Monday to Friday shifts, between 05:00 – 17:30.
