Lead on data cleansing and validation activities to ensure accurate transition and minimal disruption.
Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and external vendors to align technical delivery with business needs.
Support or lead UAT and testing phases, ensuring outputs are thoroughly validated before go-live.
Assist in documenting processes, designing financial controls, and creating training materials to support smooth adoption.
Identify inefficiencies or pain points in current workflows and suggest practical, scalable improvements.
Provide hands-on operational support during critical finance cycles such as month-end, to ensure continuity.
Contribute to stakeholder engagement and change readiness by offering feedback and guidance during transitions.
Candidate Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a solid grounding in financial operations, controls, and reporting.
Experience supporting finance change initiatives or transformation programmes within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Strong systems understanding—with exposure to ERP platforms and planning tools
Proactive and pragmatic, able to work independently while engaging cross-functional teams.
Confident managing competing priorities in an evolving environment, with a focus on delivery and detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with finance and non-finance stakeholders alike.
Experience in testing, data migration, or system rollouts would be an advantage.
