We are seeking an Associate level Events Manager to lead and execute impactful events for JP Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank on an initial 9 months contract in London to help enhance client relationships and drive business success.

Job Summary:
As an Events Manager in the EMEA CIB Events Team, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating high-profile conferences and events. You will collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to create impactful experiences for our clients. This role offers the chance to work on both individual and team projects, providing a platform to showcase your leadership and project management skills. You will be empowered to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure that every event aligns with the bank's high standards of quality and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
* Organize conferences and events from concept to completion.
* Act as the sole planner on some events and collaborate on larger projects.
* Manage budgets and negotiate costs with suppliers.
* Instruct and manage internal and external vendors.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
* Deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
* Support J.P. Morgan activity throughout EMEA.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to align event strategies.
* Maintain quality and value standards.
* Adapt to dynamic priorities and work extra hours as needed.
