Duties
* Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
* Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
* Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
* Provide general clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements
* Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating organisational skills
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and warehouse management systems
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Prior clerical experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for specific software tools
