We are seeking a truly exceptional, driven, and proven Assistant Store Manager to join our Flannels team in Hull to support our growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maximize turnover to exceed targets and identify opportunities for performance improvement
2. Manage and motivate the team to meet and surpass sales goals
3. Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales personally and through the team
4. Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
5. Provide team members with tools and knowledge to achieve business objectives
6. Manage seasonal stock presentation and merchandising in line with Head Office directives
7. Stay informed of current market trends, upcoming promotions, and monitor local competitors
8. Ensure all administrative tasks, policies, and procedures are efficiently executed
9. Drive and deliver KPIs
10. Perform additional duties as necessary within your role's scope
