Their unique curriculum follows a child-centred approach which enables the development of the whole child as well as following their individual interests and encouraging them to become independent thinkers.Your new roleWe are looking for a qualified nursery practitioner to join our team at our nursery in Hove.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Supporting and promoting children's early education and developmentPlanning and providing effective careMaking accurate and productive use of assessmentDeveloping effective and informed practiceSafeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of childrenWorking in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals.What you'll need to succeedLevel 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.At least 1 years of experience working in a nursery setting.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.A passion for working with children and providing high-quality care and education.All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.What you'll get in returnThis role will be working full time Monday to Friday, with a 1pm finish on a Friday.
