Senior Conveyancing Lawyer - Swindon
Legal 500 multi office practice are looking for an experienced and ambitious senior lawyer to establish and lead a new Conveyancing Team in their Swindon office.
This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a solicitor with 8+ years PQE in residential property, strong business development skills, and a proven ability to manage a complex caseload.
The role
* Oversee residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Drive business growth through networking and development initiatives
* Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements
* 8+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
* Track record of successful business development and networking
* Strong attention to detail and an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
