Seriös Group is seeking a people-first, experienced HR professional to join us as a People Experience Advisor. Reporting to the Head of People, you'll shape the employee experience and support our transition from start-up to scale-up. This dynamic role is ideal for someone passionate about building a progressive, supportive, and inclusive culture.
What You'll Be Doing
In this generalist role, you'll work closely with the Head of People to deliver strategic and hands-on initiatives that support our fast-paced growth. You'll partner with leaders and team members across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, performance, and offboarding—embedding scalable, people-first practices. You'll coach people leaders on navigating people matters, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and use data and insights to continually enhance our support for employees.
Recruitment & Growth
* You will be responsible for updating our Applicant Tracking System, Team Tailor. This will include writing job ads, sifting, pre-screening candidates and supporting our line managers with interviews.
* Plan and coordinate attendance at careers fairs, networking events, and hosted events.
* You'll build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a seamless, engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
People Experience
* Drive EDI, culture and engagement through an annual calendar of inclusive activities, continuously reviewing impact.
* Collaborate on wellbeing initiatives, peer support groups and internal learning programmes.
* Coordinate employee surveys, analyse results and recommend improvements.
* Develop internal communications and identify team-building opportunities.
* Support learning and development by developing and coordinating training.
* Contribute to annual reviews of rewards and recognition packages.
Generalist People-Team Support
* Provide expert HR advice aligned with company strategy.
* Support managers with managing employee relations, including absence, grievances, disciplinary and performance issues.
* Draft and review HR documents such as contracts, offers, promotions and salary changes.
* Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including compliance checks, inductions and exit interviews, providing key insights to leadership.
* Maintain accurate employee data and support payroll processes.
* Prepare and deliver HR metrics.

Requirements:
* CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) and proven generalist HR experience.
* At least two year's experience in a HR role which supports recruitment, engagement, employee relations, and organisational development.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
* Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular on-site presence.
* Skilled in interpreting data to identify trends and support change management.
Desirable:
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards or the desire to work towards).
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Experience of working with SageHR and TeamTailor
