Salary: £29,350.45 - 29,350.45 per year Requirements:
* We are looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:
* A degree or postgraduate qualification in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience without a degree.
* Relevant experience includes gathering and analyzing functional requirements for systems or digital projects.
* A strong understanding of HR or Payroll processes and compliance requirements.
* The capability to develop process maps, documentation, and user stories.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements for HR or Payroll processes.
* Analyzing and documenting current and future state workflows to inform system design.
* Working with implementation partners to align system setup with business needs.
* Serving as a liaison between operational teams and technical project staff.
* Developing and executing test scenarios including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
* Supporting validation and reconciliation of legacy data.
* Contributing to training, communications, and transition planning as part of change management.
* Maintaining process documentation, specifications, and change logs.
* Recommending enhancements using ERP functionality and automation.
* Supporting planning, milestone tracking, and risk escalation.
* Performing additional tasks as required in line with the role.
